The Hamilton-Kolby "Route 62" (BRN-6G2) Amplifier
is a premium quality, hand-made mid-size combo amplifier built in the
early 1960's brown-panel tradition. It's a replica of the 4-knob brown "Princeton" amp, from 1961-1963.
Powered by a pair of 6V6GT power tubes, this combo amp delivers a classic sound,
owing to its original 6G2 circuit with integrated bias-modulated tremolo.
- finger-jointed pine cabinet,
- 10" or 12" speaker,
- 6G2 vacuum tube circuit
- chassis-mounted pots
- SwitchcraftTM jacks,
- eyelet-board construction,
- hand-soldered connections
All in all, a rugged, reliable, and road-ready device.
